Doulas Supporting Teens is a non-profit organization that pairs doulas (trained labor support professionals) with pregnant and parenting teens in Eugene/Springfield and the Portland Metro area in Oregon, as well as offering free teen centered childbirth education classes, in-home prenatal and postpartum visits, Itty Bitty Baby Groups for babies aged birth to six months, referrals to community resources, and social events. Our doulas provide emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, birth and early parenting. Doulas Supporting Teens' mission is to support and educate pregnant and parenting teens to bring healthy babies into healthy families to build healthy communities.

Doulas Supporting Teens needs your help!

In late 2008 with the decline of the economy, DST lost grant funding from Oregon Foundations. For the last two years DST has survived on the generous support of individual donors and the hundreds of volunteers hours donated from staff and doulas. Despite financial challenges, DST continues to offer our valuable services to pregnant and parenting teens in our community.
